HP has shaken up the category with an eye-catching design and full performance. It's the best thing to happen to towers in over 20 years.
These reviews are absolutely dumb, needing to realize that these are the reviews that other potential customers are basing their purchases on. Not for the the fact you are simply having integration issues. For issues pertaining to AV issues it's a simple process of stating that you are requesting that such AV programs such as Norton's is default and if anything else simply uninstall McFee it's that simple.Windows 10 is essentially user friendly and to say things such as time to change away from windows - look that's your choice but know that's a whole other OS they will need to learn. Finally I'll wrap up in saying that you cannot come in and say how un-user friendly this is. Did you research this product? Chances are if you buying major appliances or a house you are not just going to jump in and buy it. Same thing here.
The 510-p030 is a good computer ruined by corner cutting. It will not play video from a Panasonic cam that worked fine with Windows 7.
Software programs normally included with older systems has disappeared and now are leased by the year and only cover one machine. It cost me 70 bucks to get my old Outlook back in operation on this machine. I was not happy about being photographed for facial recognition without warning, either. Also, Windows 10 is not friendly to Norton anti-virus and forces one to accept their McAfee A/V, or not use the Edge browser, at additional cost, of course. As a heavy digital user, all I can say is that this package is a step backward, as it has cost me time and money to get back to where I was with a much older set-up. Thanks Microsoft, from now on I will seek an alternative. Very disappointing to have the emphasis on profit while leaving the consumer dangling.
If I didn't need this computer so much, I would return it. Time to check on a Mac.
